We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

Are you interested in finding out more about Castlehead Medical Centre?

Would you like to influence the development of local health services?

We are keen to recruit more members to our Patient Participation Group to represent the patient community and respond to the Practice’s services from the patients’ point of view. With the help of a PPG the Practice will aim to improve patient services and enhance the care provided.

Patient representatives (PPG) will discuss issues affecting the practice, and help the surgery to deliver the best service it can, contributing to practice decision-making and will consult on service development and provision;

If you would like to apply to join the group, then please contact the practice for an application form and more information.

Generally anyone who is a patient within the Practice can join the PPG.

However the Practice does have a right to refuse an individual if it considers it is in the best interest of the individual or the Practice.
