We have changed the way we invite patients for their annual reviews.
Previously, patients were usually invited during their birthday month. We now use a new recall system which helps us identify and invite patients based on clinical need and those who are most overdue for review.
This means you may no longer receive your annual review invitation around your birthday month.
Please do not be concerned if you do not receive your usual birthday-month invitation. We will contact you when you are due to be invited.
If you have not received an invitation by the end of 2026 and you believe you are due an annual review, please contact the surgery and we will be happy to assist you.
